Thelma Addie Nolan

She was born July 6, 1929 in Walker, WV a daughter to the late Arthur and Alma Foggin Davis. She was a LPN, house and military wife of 28 years through three wars, and was a member of the Sunrise Church of Christ.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 52 years Mervin Nolan, great granddaughter, Mackenzy Mallette, brothers, Edwin and Harry Davis, sisters, Elsie Lemon, Betty Townsend, and Marjorie Petty.

She is survived by her sons, Robert Nile Nolan (Jan) of TN, Wilfred Nile Nolan (Dolores) of Parkersburg, daughters, Elizabeth Ann Kinney of Parkersburg, Debbi Mae Nolan of Parkersburg, Brenda Gail Reddig (Jeffrey) of PA, and Terri Louise Mallette (Mike Sr.) of Sherrodsville, OH, 14 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, sister, Mary Kupfner (Lawney) of Parkersburg, brother in law, Alfred Nolan (Dona) of Parkersburg, along with several nieces and nephews, and many wonderful friends, neighbors, brothers and sisters in Christ.

Service will be Tuesday, July 24, 2012, 12 noon at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Larry Lyons officiating. Burial will follow in the Sunset Memory Gardens.

Visitation will be Monday, July 23, 2012 from 5-7 pm and one hour prior to the service Tuesday at the funeral home.
