Wilber Paul Morehead

Wilbur was born June 23, 1925 in Parkersburg to Samuel Fredrick and Nettie Ethel (Snider) Morehead.

He was a Navy Veteran and retired from Union Carbide as a mechanic. Wilber is survived by his grandsons, Matthew and Nathan Morehead, great grandchildren, Stephanie Escobar, Andrew Shirk, Tylor Morehead, Madison Morehead, Rhian Morehead, Miranda Valenzuela, Ryan Morehead and Sonja Morehead. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Nellie, son, Stephen Morehead, brothers, Charles, Gail and John Morehead,sister, Freda Morehead and daughter-in-law, Sonja Deem. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and Graveside service will follow at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 4, 2019 at Sunset Memory Gardens Mausoleum Chapel.
