Willard Jack Blackwell

Willard was born December 19, 1944 to the late William Troy Blackwell and Dorothy May Hall.

He was a truck driver and a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. Willard enjoyed being outside with nature and classic country music.

Willard is survived by his brothers, Howard Blackwell (Debbie), of Texas, Gary Blackwell (Shirley), of Parkersburg and Mike Blackwell, of Waverly; sister, Jean Flanagan, of Williamstown; son, Willard Blackwell, III, of Parkersburg; daughter in law, Tracy Pahl; granddaughters, Ashley Miller (John) and Brittany Strickland; grandsons, Jeremiah Blackwell, Daniel Moore and James Lingo, great grandchildren, Issac, Colin, Baileigh, Maeling, Ben, Autumn, Elizabeth and Angelina.

Willard was preceded in death by his wife of 30 years, Nora Mae Blackwell; sons, Willard (Jackie) Blackwell Jr. and Willard (Will) Blackwell II and daughter, Angela Lingo.

Memorial Services will be scheduled at a later date.
