Wilma was born June 24, 1929 in Parkersburg, WV to Charles Sherman and Nettie Virginia {Martin} Davis.
Wilma was a 1947 graduate of Parkersburg High School and attended the Camden Avenue Church of Christ. She was a Marine Corps wife and devoted her life to taking care of her family.
Wilma will be deeply missed by her children, George A. (Anita) Davis III of Virginia Beach, VA, Cassandra W. Davis of Bluffton, SC and granddaughter Amanda Dawn Davis of Virginia Beach, VA.
Wilma was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, George of 42 years and brother Glen Davis.
According to Wilma’s wishes there will be a private family service. Interment will be at Sunset Memory Gardens. Online tributes may be made at www.sunsetparkersburg.com.
