

She is predeceased by her husband, Barry Corsi, whom she deeply missed. We take comfort in knowing they are together again.
Dodie will be dearly missed by her sister Lynn (Jim) Scott, her daughter Nadine (Mike) Kilkenny, her son Tom (Lynne) Corsi, and her four beloved grandchildren Cain, Gage, Nate and Sam.
Dodie was creative and artistic soul who found joy in making things with her hands, and always had a crocheting or painting project underway. She loved being outdoors, gardening and hunting with Barry and spending treasured time during summers at the family cabin.
In the winter months, Dodie loved the fun and adventure of the season, including skating on the lake and riding snowmobiles.
Dodie will be remembered as sweet and caring, and was always happiest when visiting and laughing with friends and family. SWhe brought warmth, creativity, and unforgettable memories to those around her.
She will be sadly missed and forever held in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
A Celebration of Dodie's life will be held at the Lac La Hache OAP (Old Age Pensioners) hall on Saturday, July 11, 2026 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. The family invites friends and loves ones to join them to honour Dodie's life, share memories, and celebrate the love she have so freely.
Light food and beverages will be available.
A less formal celebration will be held at Lynn and Jim Scott's in Courtenay. (Date TBD)
