

Frances died peacefully at Eagle Park Health Care Facility in Qualicum Beach on Friday, July 4, 2014. Born in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, she worked as a school teacher. Frances loved children, animals, music and the Lord. Her beautiful voice graced many different choirs over the years.
In 1951, Frances married her husband Floyd Twa. Floyd’s work took the couple to many small communities throughout Ontario. Committed to their faith, Frances and Floyd quickly connected with their church in each new community. They began their retirement years in Bancroft, Ontario moving to Vancouver Island in 2001 to experience the west coast and to be closer to their youngest son and his family.
Frances was predeceased by her husband, Floyd. She is survived by sister; Floris McMillian; son, Richard (Elisa) and family; daughter, Barb Morris (Terry) and family; son, Don; and son, Steve (Louise) and family, as well as members of Floyd’s family.
There will be a private Graveside Service for immediate family members at the Errington Cemetery. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm at St. Stephen's United Church, 150 Village Way in Qualicum Beach on Saturday, July 12, 2014.
