It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Janet Olson. She passed away peacefully at Trillium Lodge on October 21, 2025. She is survived by her children, Lyndsay (Dave) Olson of Qualicum Beach, Keith Olson of Port Alberni, brother Tom (Elaine) Bugg of Vernon, and her stepdaughters Diane (Tom) Barrol of San Carlos Mexico and Kelly (Stephan) McDowell of Stouffville Ontario; grandchildren Matthew and Hailey Donahue. Janet was predeceased by her husband Reynold Olson; Parents Tom and Gladys Bugg of North Battleford Saskatchewan, and sister Joyce Bugg of Abbotsford.
Janet is known for her 16 years of owning One Stop Video. Janet will be dearly missed by her family. In keeping with Janet's wishes, there will be no service.
