John KEHOE

John died peacefully at home surrounded by his loved ones on Wednesday, August 12, 2015, after fighting cancer for 2 years. Born in Red Head Cove, NFLD in 1931, John lived many years in the Toronto area where he raised his family.  He then retired with his wife Lorene to Nanoose Bay, British Columbia.

He leaves to mourn his loving wife Lorene; children, Lindsey Kehoe (Cathy), Judy Kartakis (Roy), Jackie Holden (Mike); Lorene's children, Lisa Leger, Danny Leger (Tina), and Paul Leger (Lorraine);  Grandchildren, Jonothan, Joel, Shawn, Michael, Geoffrey, Clair, Katie, Jenny, Kristina, Samuel, Nicholas and Mya.  He was predeceased by his siblings, Nel, Marcie, Mary, Theresa, Kathleen, Kevin, Dorothy (Dot), Joan and Paula and his parents, Martin and Catherine Kehoe.   He will be lovingly missed by many family and friends.

An event to share John's memories will be held from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Fairwinds Golf and Country Club, 3730 Fairwinds Drive, Nanoose Bay, BC on Monday, August 17, 2015.
