

Born on May 6, 1943, in Vancouver, Ken's life was marked by his kind spirit, generous nature, and friendly demeanor that endeared him to all who knew him.
Ken spent the majority of his career as a salesman, a role in which he excelled due to his genuine interest in people and his ability to connect with customers on a personal level. His colleagues and clients alike will remember him not only for his professional achievements but also for the warmth and laughter he brought into every interaction.
Outside of work, Ken was a devoted fan of the Edmonton Oilers, he rarely missed a chance to watch a game. His love for hockey was a trait that he shared with his family and friends, creating countless memories during game nights and spirited discussions about the sport.
Above all, Ken loved his family. He was predeceased by his wife Jodi, his sister, Shirley Morgan and his parents.
He is survived by his son, Gordon Singer, and daughter-in-law, Kim Singer. His legacy of kindness lives on through his grandchildren, Neil Rose and Marcus Singer. Ken's daughter, Karla Alton, and son-in-law, Brad Alton, along with his granddaughters, Ashley and Kallie Alton, will miss his ever-present smile. His sister, Arlene Stubbins, and brother-in-law, Fred Stubbins, will hold dear the memories of the times they had together.
Ken's life was a testament to the power of God’s love and His faithfulness. He attended Parksville Fellowship Baptist Church at the time of his passing.
As we say goodbye to Ken, we celebrate his life and appreciate the many ways he touched the lives of others. Though he may be gone, his spirit remains a guiding light to those he leaves behind—a reminder to live each day with kindness, to extend friendship freely, and to cherish the time we have with our loved ones.
Kenneth Gordon Singer will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of crossing paths with him. As we bid him farewell, we find solace in the fact that he is now resting in the arms of God.
