It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Paul at NRGH surrounded by his loving family. Paul is survived by his wife of 27 years, Patricia; extended family, Raymond (Heather), Suzanne (Peter), Stephen (Arlene); grandchildren, Alita, David, Colin, Meghan, Brock, Page, Lief; 7 great grandchildren; brother, Don (Diane) Ontario; sister, Pat (Brian ) Florida; and Aunt Eunice, Ontario.
Paul had a successful and fulfilling 35 year career in the education field. Most of his time as a teacher was spent in Noth Nechako Elementary School in Prince George.
Paul and Patricia moved to Parksville 13 years ago. Paul loved woodworking and he spent many hours renovating their home. Once the renovations were complete, you would often find him in his garage making treasured gifts for family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held in Paul’s honour at his home at 760 Nicolls Drive in Parksville on Thursday, October 22, 2015 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
