Albert, the youngest of five, was born to Fred & Anna Krawchuk of Fisher Branch, Mb. on Dec.21, 1938. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brother Harry, and sisters Helen, Mary and Olga.

Growing up on the farm in Fisher Branch was a hard way of life, but Albert loved the farm and it was forever in his soul. Long after growing up and moving away, he made yearly pilgrimages back to the farm, and also to reunite with family and schoolhood chums.

His working years found him in Manitoba and BC, but his retirement years found him on Vancouver Island, enjoying the wonderful climate, beautiful scenery and year-round outdoor activities. Attending Junior Hockey games, weekly coffee meetings with his cronies, and precious time spent with his best and dearest friend Karen filled his retirement days.

Rest in peace, dear Albert. You are sadly missed.

Cremation has taken place.

At Albert's request, there will be no Celebration of Life
