Wesley Robert Churchill

Wes was a beloved father, grandfather, brother, life companion and friend to many. He touched the lives of all who knew him through his hard work, tough love, generosity, gentle kindness, wisdom and humour.

Wes was well-known in the Parksville-Port Alberni area for his passion for curling, involvement in minor hockey, and unwavering service in the logging industry as a heavy-duty tire mechanic .

In his retirement, Wes enjoyed working as a security guard to keep busy until his last days with us. He loved being out on the logging roads, running into old friends, having a coffee and catching up.

Wes will sadly be missed, and his memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.

In his final wishes, he has requested no service be held.

Wes is survived by his spouse Gail, and his step-sons, Tyler (Rebecka) and Tyson (Ali).

His son Shane (Keri), his daughter Dana (Clint), and their Mother, Darlene. His Grandchildren, Jakob, Kali-Ray, Paisley and Westyn. Predeceased by many family, friends, and his beloved dog Shadow.
