Dominga Perez Duarte

Dominga was born and raised in Pasadena, TX. She was the 5th oldest of 8 siblings. She had 4 sisters and 4 brothers. She was an alum of P.I.S.D. For more than half of her life, she dealt with numerous health issues. Along the way, teaching lessons about life and living. Despite all she went through, she managed to stay positive, enjoy life, and fight with courage till God decided to take her to Heaven.

Dominga enjoyed spending time with family especially holding her nieces and nephews when they were babies. She enjoyed word searches, shopping, and life with all its wonders and adventures. All who knew Dominga were met with a smile and she touched everyone she met in a deep, positive way. She attended Kruse elementary, Jackson Intermediate, and Pasadena High School. She was a member of Primera Iglesia Bautista of Pasadena.

Dominga is preceded in death by her parents Eusebio and Victoria Duarte.

Dominga is survived by her sisters, Mary Ann Santos-Coy and husband Joe, Linda Duarte, Sara Duarte, and Elizabeth Coronado, brothers, Freddy Perez and wife Sylvia, Daniel Duarte and wife Rita, Eusebio Duarte Jr. and wife Claudia, and Peter Duarte. Also left to cherish her memory are numerous nieces and nephews.

Serving as pallbearers are James Coronado, Joey Santos-Coy, Cassandra Duarte, Naelly Mexicano, Kayla Bariaga, and Jeremy Santos-Coy.

A visitation for Dominga will be held Thursday, October 20, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel, 901 Main, Pasadena, TX 77506. A funeral service will occur Friday, October 21, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 901 Main, Pasadena, TX 77506. A committal service will occur Friday, October 21, 2022 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Grand View Memorial Park/Bethany Cemetery, 8501 Spencer Highway, Pasadena, TX 77505.
