Dora G. Franco

Dora was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose life was defined by love, resilience, and deep dedication to her family. She carried the warmth of her Mexican heritage with pride and created a home filled with care, strength, and compassion for those she loved.

She is survived by her beloved daughter, Sonia Marisela Gonzalez (Daniel Cantu), and her cherished grandchildren, Anna Brown (Robert Brown), Denise Gonzalez McHale (Ryan McHale), and Kristian Gonzalez (Jasmine Gonzalez). Dora was also the proud and loving great-grandmother of Emma, Olivia, & Elinor (Brown); Ethan, Zoe, & Avery (Gonzalez); and Gabriel (McHale) who brought immense joy to her life.

Dora was preceded in death by her husband, Jesus Franco, as well as two sisters and a brother whom she loved dearly.

Those who knew Dora will remember her for her unwavering love of family, her strength through life’s challenges, her devotion to her husband, her strong faith, and the kindness she showed to everyone around her. Her legacy lives on in the generations she nurtured, the traditions she carried forward, and the deep love she instilled in her family.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Funeraria Del Angel, 901 Main, Pasadena, TX 77506, US, on March 16, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
