

The Lord called her home on October 3, 2017. Juan was born in Sherman, TX on July 25, 1937 to Cecil and Helen Oglesby Haney. Survived by her four children, Jimmy Oquinn and his wife Cindy of Pasadena, TX, Cindy and her husband Rev. Dr. Keith Broyles of Lufkin, TX, David Oquinn and his wife Sharon of Pasadena, TX, and Thomas Oquinn and his wife Kari of Houston, TX.
Nine grandchildren, Tori and her husband Zach Brounoff, Andy Oquinn and his wife Iman, Michael Wayne Broyles and his wife Nicole, Christopher Broyles and his wife Morgan, Amanda and her husband Miguel Mavila-Montagne, David Oquinn, Jr., Lauren Oquinn, Carisa and her husband Kasey Zientek, Aaron Oquinn and his wife Brittney.
Twelve great-grandchildren, Aubrey Oquinn, Kaleb, Noah, Jaxon Broyles, Jenna and Natalie Broyles, Liliana Brielle Mavila-Oquinn, Karilyn, Cayden and Kayleen Zientek, and Allie and Grace Oquinn.
Two brothers, Garry Haney and his wife Joann of Longview, TX, and Larry Haney and his wife Judy of Hemet, Ca. A sister-in-law, Glenda and her husband David Foster of Atascocita, TX, two brothers-in law, Roger Oquinn and his wife Sandy of Mauriceville, TX, and Ricky Oquinn and his wife Bonnie of Midland, TX. Numerous family and friends.
Juan was a longtime faithful member of Golden Acres Baptist Church of Pasadena, TX.
Juan’s family will receive friends on Saturday, October 7, 2017 from 1:00pm to 2:00pm at Golden Acres Baptist Church, 2812 Pansy, Pasadena, TX 77503. Funeral services to follow at 2:00pm. Interment at Grand View Memorial Park, Pasadena, TX
