Kenneth Herman Wottrich

Kenneth H. Wottrich, 83, of Pasadena, went to be with The Lord on June 18, 2015. He was born in Houston on November 4, 1931. Ken graduated from Reagan High School. He was married to Elizabeth Jean Boren on May 22, 1953. He worked as a sheet metal worker and for the last 22 years of his “working years” he was with Goodyear. Ken was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and a volunteer for the Pasadena Community Ministries. He had a passion for big family gatherings, yard work and playing card games with family.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Jean; daughter Cynthia Jeanne Carter ; son Jerel Kenneth Wottrich and wife Stephanie; daughter Marie Eileen Nuhn and husband David; 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son Randy.

Memorial and Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00am on June 27, 2015 at Zion Lutheran Church on 5050 E.S am Houston Pkwy, Pasadena TX 77505. Visitation with family to start at 10am.

In lieu of flowers, contributions will be accepted at Pasadena Community Ministries or Zion Lutheran Church on his honor.
