Linda Dale Jenkins Moseley was born on August 21, 1951 in Woodville, Texas to Catherine and Frank Jenkins and spent her life in Pasadena Texas. On January 29, 2026, surrounded by family and friends, Linda departed her earthly life and embarked on her journey with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Linda was a devoted Christian who enjoyed Bible study and listening to her sermons every Sunday morning. Linda was a dedicated dog mom who would take her beloved Bailey on walks and car rides. In her free time she would do embroidery and knitting. Linda also loved her Houston Astros and never missed a game. Most of all Linda loved spending time with her family and longtime friend Jane. You could always count on a card in your mailbox from her to celebrate every holiday birthday and even just because. Linda had a philosophy of slow and steady and you could tell by the parade of cars behind her on the highway as she was sure the speed limit was never above 35mph anywhere.
Linda leaves a legacy of love and will be missed by her husband, Johnny Wayne Moseley. Stepdaughter Betty Simons and her husband Roger Dale Simons Jr, and grandchildren, Kimber, Layn, and Carson Simons.
Her memory will be cherished by her sister Janis Koby and husband, Tony Koby, as well as her adored nieces and nephews Colette, Will, Laura, and Ben. Great nieces and nephews Liam Catherine George,Lucy, Rowyn, Adeline, and Frank and great great nieces, Hailey , Autumn and Lilah. And a host of other family and friends.
We know Linda was greeted with love in Heaven by her parents, Catherine and Frank Jenkins, her daughter Nita Marie Moseley, niece Tammy Harris, and brother James Hamiter. Linda‘s life was a blessing and her memory a treasure. Psalm 23:4
