  My tributes from the last 3 days have not been posted.  Whst the heck is going on.  But here's another from today.  We just had a bad storm with hail and heavy rain. It's beginning to blow over.  If we had been shopping Michelle would have called us to.come home.  She always would check on us.  That was nice .  Miss you very much sister friend Syl.   Talk to you later. Mom you are amazing . I’m so blessed & honored to be your daughter. But I am also grateful that I always told you how proud I am of you and all of your accomplishments. I always thanked you for being YOU and wonderful parent to me . I always told you and anyone else that HOME is not HOME unless you are here . God is good because He blessed me with YOU . You always said me and my brother are your greatest blessings in life . That same sentiment you felt for us is exactly how we feel about you mom. You are to this day the most important woman in my life you are the only one. Nothing changes that fact . As I cry and wish I could have you here with me and spoil you on this special day , I know you wish too that you could be here with us all. I love you mom. Today we are having lunch to celebrate my mother-in-laws birthday which is the same day as your sons & Mother’s Day . She celebrates the Mexican Mother’s Day . I don’t want to go but of course I have to . I dread celebrations. They are not important for me as they once were. Sad but true . I shall go slap that fake smile and pretend to be in the moment . Deep inside I’m screaming & crying out to God why did you take my mom from me . The pain still hurts just as fresh the moment I received the phone call 📞 that you were gone . Death is final and it truly does suck for those left behind. 💔💔💔💔💔😭

Hi sister friend.   It's evening and I'm watching the hallmark channel.  They are showing Christmas movies.  Whst sweet memories .  Brings back great times. Grief is many things …. Grief can also make you feel so numb. But it also is a protective mechanism. Yesterday someone was going on and on about Mother’s Day to me . She doesn’t know who I am it was the doctors assistant. But as she was talking it was like my ears were muted. All my reply was like oh really , oh wow how exciting. But I didn’t care nor desired knowing what she was talking about . I wasn’t rude or anything nor did I feel jealous about her plans for Mother’s Day. I simple didn’t FEEL anything. It was then I knew I have become NUMB . Grief was protecting me at that moment not to feel or become sad when in public . Then I thought how beautiful it is for you to be with your mom and sister in Gods heavenly home. Where there is perfect peace and love . Since you have been away mom life is just blah & bland. I can fake the smiles the laughter the everyday life and what it brings . But I’ll never feel the JOY of it. Yes I give God thanks and praise for all HE has blessed me and continues to bless me and my family . There isn’t anything that can change the way I feel deep in the core of my soul it is hollow. Yes I carry all the love you poured into my life since birth . It is that love you given me that I can carry on because I must . Time passes on so do the days, weeks months and years and I still very much long for you mom. Miss you more than I could ever put into words.🙏🥺😭💔

Even though I am going through life … it will never feel the same . Making moments but they don’t feel the same . It is hard to feel excited or even truly happy as I once was before all of this happened. I give God thanks for my family here and those that I love around me. But still there is and I know there will always be this emptiness in me. Emptiness deep to the core of my soul. Nothing on Gods green earth can replace YOU mom. You are my everything. I had you all of my LIFE. Never knew a day without you and I surely wanted this . I smile , I laugh I even travel but it doesn’t matter … I’m not whole I am incomplete. I have all the love and memories in my mind and heart of you and my loved ones deep in my soul . But still I wish for what I can not have and that’s you . This is so true . We always text or call to let each other know when we arrived back home or to our destination. This time you arrived at your heavenly destination and without warning you were gone . Now when I travel 🧳 anywhere I am alone in this world . I don’t have you to text and say “ mom I made it , or mom I’m about to take off “ not that I am but through grief when you lose the most important person in your life which is you mom I do feel like a orphaned child . It does not matter how old I am it is the fact that YOU are my HOME and your gone from my physical sight . I can’t hold you ,hear you. Having lost you is a lot like looking into the deep ocean. . So deep into the abyss the depth of no return . Is how I feel in the inside. I long for you mom . I dread Mother’s Day . That’s all you see and hear . I never thought I wouldn’t have you for the rest of my life . You brought me into the world and we should have stayed together unto the next . 💔😭 These is no greater bond than that of a mother & daughter. Just as a mother who loves her daughter fiercely so do I mom . I love you fiercely and wanted only to protect you . Still I ask myself how is this even true this is not real . God helps me but again I am human and just can’t accept I don’t have you and He does . It’s hard for me mom you are my world . In the beginning of this tribute it asks make a memory.  Well, there are so many .but the ones  I remember is spending time shopping and eating out. I have 35 years of awesome memories dearest sister. Friend.  But decorating your house for the holidays were much fun and crazy.  With Michelle taking pictures of us. It is not the best days in this world.   Many of my loved ones are gone.  We were close dear best friends for over 35 years.  Now we are heartbroken 💔 since we lost you. As I was writing,  I looked at the picture that Michelle took of us both. decorating for the fall season. Little did we know or anyone of us know that it would be our last season to prepare for and decorate for. .  How sad.  Then comes January and your family was not the same anymore. They.  you and my brother were gone by January.   Oh how very very sad 😔 without you all dear sister friend .  It's so unfair and heartbreaking that you were cheated of your life and future . It's me again sister friend.  Made another run to the hospital.  Had guidelines on one of my lings.  Got checked out. Did tests and got meds for my right lung.  Im home and feeling better. It's a  solemn day today.  MY nephew sent me a picture of my sisters gravesite in alice.  She's my last family member to leave me behind .  It's so sad that they are gone but happy they are all together now.   One day I will see them all and you too.

Since the day you left on your heavenly journey that is exactly what I do . As soon as my eyes open in the morning or before I close them at night . I stare up at my ceiling crying and praying. Trying to understand why all this had to happen. Why God needed you and couldn’t keep us together..here or there . I go about my day but tears come flowing because you are always on my mind. All of you are Mom. I miss everyone so much . I’ve had you all for my entire existence and now I’m supposed to just live on … it hurts and it just sucks. Can’t sugar coat it but it just does . I have to fake that I’m fine and great when in reality I’m just watching the days pass by and the clock 🕰️ TikTok away . I make do and be as normal as I must . But I am not at all who I used to be . I’d be lying if I didn’t say I was afraid . Afraid of it all. All I have left is my family and my brother and his . I just wish ….. well it doesn’t matter anymore because nothing can bring you back . God allowed me to be a witness in your life to see you achieve all of your goals & dreams . You worked hard and long . Being a single mother carrying the weight of it all you never complained . My dearest Precious Mother,
Sometimes after waking up from a deep sleep there is this feeling of hope .. Hope that when I open my eyes I’m going to run to your room and find you there . A small hope that none of this is true that you are away from me. Three years have passed and it still takes my breath away that I lost you . Yesterday  I spoke to MM cousin the one who lost his son. He says I can’t live like this he was my only son , my only child . How do I even breathe knowing he is no longer here!? Michelle what do I do !? I said LOSS if anything has taught me that you pull strength from deep within . Because when you don’t even feel like it you have others who depend on you . Love is beautiful, love hurts  but that’s the price we pay for being so blessed with the life God has given to us all. I told him grief is heavy and sometimes you just want to crawl out of your skin . He said yes Michelle yes . I said we are human it is okay to question , it is ok to be upset with God . God made us He understands our hurt and sorrows. But He also reminds us we shall rejoice and be glad again when we all are reunited in His Kingdom. We must focus on that and keep our faith . Take it day by day , minute by minute . We are still here because God doesn’t need us YET. Our story our journey is not finished . I know mom it is your love and prayers that carry me on. First thank you Lord . Thank you for allowing me to have the visit of my beautiful mother and my grandparents & uncle Marty . Mom it was Easter 🐣 you all were here . It was amazing , it was beautiful. I felt all our love and happiness. Even if it was a dream it felt so real . I was crying in my dream and woke up crying for real . I didn’t want it to end .
