Troy Edward Caffey

Troy was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Jean Caffey, and his oldest brother, David Caffey. He is cherished by his loving son, Sam Caffey, who was the light of his life; sister, Brenda Ivey and her husband, Mike; brother, John Caffey and his wife, Jackie; sister-in-law, Joan Caffey; as well as numerous other nieces and nephews who adored him dearly.

Troy was a fine athlete-student graduating from Sam Rayburn High School in 1984. He went on to realize his dream of becoming a Texas Longhorn, attending the University of Texas at Austin to earn a degree in Economics and Finance. Troy spent over 25 years as a Financial Advisor and, above all, found the camaraderie of his career at Wilson Wealth Advisors, an Ameriprise Financial organization.

He will be laid to rest with his parents at Grandview Funeral Home in a private family ceremony. The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to all of Troy’s friends and family for your comforting words and genuine acts of kindness.
