Jose was a devoted husband to Loida Flores for 62 years and a loving father to his 3 children, Jose Jr., Sabrina and Jaime. He was a dedicated law enforcement officer for over 30 years. California Highway Patrol for 21 years, Nevada State Corrections for 10 years.
Jose was known for helping his friends & community in construction, firewood, rounding up cattle for branding at local ranches. Jose was one of the team members to help organize and participate in preparation of all the chicken for the Saint Rose BBQ. Along with the all day grilling of the chicken that began in the dark am hours of the morning lighting all the fire pits. Jose carried that same energy and love for the Saint Rose bbq to his family, constantly working on home improvements and barbecuing for his family every Sunday.
Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather and Loyal Friend, Jose will forever be missed.
