

Pierre Linscott born June 21, 1933 in Winnipeg, Canada, passed away peacefully on his 82nd birthday/Father’s Day June 21, 2015. He will be remembered forever for his kindness, generosity, willingness to help anyone, and his sense of humor. To cherish his memory he leaves his daughter Cynthia Boe, son-in-law Loren Boe , grandson Ian Coker, brother, Adrien Gobeil and Vicky, wife of 26 years. He also leaves many nephews, nieces, and cousins throughout Canada.
He lived in Winnipeg and Vancover. He moved with his wife Vicky in 1960 to Fremont, California to work for United Airlines- San Francisco where he retired after 28 years.
Pierre enjoyed a rich and full life and had fun as a member of the Moose lodge in Newark and Paso Robles. He retired to his dream location in 1998, Lake Nacimiento, near the Central Coast town of Paso Robles, California. His adoring daughter Cynthia and family lived just up the hill.
Pierre loved hunting, fishing, working on vehicles and equipment, traveling to Hawaii, Alaska, and visiting family throughout Canada.
Pierre’s family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the doctors, nurses and other staff at the Vineyard Hills nursing home in Templeton, California. For the past 2 years, Pierre kept them on their toes while making them smile with his humor and antics.
A private memorial service has commenced.
