Andrew Jonathan Kazee, age 44, passed away Sunday, August 7, 2016 at St. Vincent Hospital in Toledo. He was born on May 22, 1972 in Columbus. He attended Watkins Memorial High School in Pataskala, and studied at Kent State University. Andy was a devoted father, and passionate Cleveland Sports fan, especially of his beloved Browns. He is survived by his children, Dakota and Dylan Kazee; mother, Doris Kazee and sister, Anessa (James) Lennington. He was preceded in death by his father, Haskel R. Kazee. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at KAUBER-FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, 289 S. Main St., Pataskala, OH 43062 with Pastor Calvin Alexander officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
