Joan Christine Kennedy

Joan “Ralph” Christine Kennedy, 79, of Reynoldsburg, passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at her residence. She was born on August 21, 1945 in Hawk Point, Missouri, a daughter to the late Ralph and Bonnie (Moore) Hughes. Loving mother, wife, grandmother, aunt and friend. Joan loved fishing, crocheting, painting, cooking and spending time with her grandkids. She is survived by her loving children, Robert (Tammy) and Troy; grandchildren, Breanna “Bre Bre”, Mckenna “Nenna” Crawford, Dylan, Larry, Sandy (Brandon) Kushel; many great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Teresa Hughes; feline companion (Buddy) and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Joan is also preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Robert and siblings, Mitchell Hughes and David Hughes. Friends may call from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. on Monday, February 10, 2025 at KAUBER-FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, 289 S. Main St., Pataskala, OH 43062. Funeral service will follow at 12:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home with Pastor Robert McCormack officiating. Interment will be at Pataskala Cemetery. The family would like to give a special thanks to Lori Crawford for her loving care.
