Milton Nick "Nick" Carney

Milton "Nick" Carney, 71, passed away at his residence on August 20, 2015. He was born a native American Indian on July 1, 1944 in Bridgeton, NJ, a son to the late Benjamin Carney and his surviving mother, Charlotte Carney. He was a proud member of the Delaware Tribe. Nick is also survived by his loving wife, Nancy; children, Michael James, Scott Douglas Young, Angela Michelle Young and Stephen Ryan (Charlotte); grandchildren, Kimberly, Gish, Seth, Morgan, Corbin, brothers; Benjamin Jr. (Lena) and Stephen (Cynthia) Nolan; uncles, David Saunders and Herbie Pierce; aunt, Lorraine Saunders, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was a member of the US Air Force for 32 years, the American Legion, Pataskala Lions Club, The Republican Party Campaign and served his community with his whole heart. Family will receive friends on Sunday, August 23, 2015 from 2-5 p.m. at the KAUBER-FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, 289 S. Main St., Pataskala, Ohio, where funeral service will be held on Monday, August 24, 2015 at 11 a.m. with Pastors Richard and Gloria Bucher officiating.
