Phillip Michael Waller “Mike” born February 17, 1963 to Dallas and Carolyn Waller suddenly passed away at 3:15 pm on January 24, 2017. Mike was a 53 year Etna resident, avid Ohio State fan, little league baseball and football coach for many years, and most recently retired with 32 ½ years of employment with Etna Township. He enjoyed riding his Harley and taking vacations with his wife, family, and friends.
He is survived by his wife and best friend, Tammy; mother, Carolyn Waller; his daughter, Kelli Waller; his son Christopher Waller (Shelby); two granddaughters, Brookelyn and Mila; his brother DJ (Hope) Waller; his sister Ronda (Duane) De Alvarez; Mother-in Law Marylu Fast, several nieces, nephews and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He is proceeded in death by his father, Dallas Waller and, his nephew Keith De Alvarez.
The family will receive friends at the Pataskala Church of Christ, 9132 Blacks Road, Pataskala, OH 43062 on Monday, January 30th, 2017 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
