Phyllis Arlene Green, 81, of Columbus, heaven gained a precious angel when Phyllis passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at Riverside Hospital. She was born on June 17, 1935 in Worthington, OH a daughter to the late Paul and Violet (Coffman) Hurlburt. Phyllis was a devoted mother, grandmother and friend to all who touched everyone’s life that knew her. She was a member of Columbus First Brethren Church. Phyllis is survived by her children, Dennis, Denise (Cameron) Ferguson, Douglas, Donald (Brenda), David (Tina) and Dana (Hollie); 19 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; siblings, Janet, Jackie, Patty, Donna, Eugene and Louie and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, David and siblings, Virginia, Judy, Joanne and Pauline. Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Monday, August 29, 2016 at KAUBER-FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, 289 S. Main St., Pataskala, OH 43062. Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Jersey Universalist Cemetery.
