Timothy Adrian Vanko, 61, of Etna, Ohio passed away on Sunday, February 18, 2024 at Mount Carmel East Hospital. He was born January 7, 1963 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Helen and Thurman Vanko. Adrian was a hardworking man, and put in over 40 years with Alkon. He was an avid hiker, and lifetime member and former Vice President of the Buckeye Trail Association. Adrian is survived by his beloved brother, Andy Vanko; sister-in-laws, Shelly and Mary Beth Vanko; many nieces and nephews; and a host of other family, friends, and loved ones. In addition to his parents, Adrian is preceded in passing by his brothers, Steve and Ted Vanko. A celebration of life for Adrian will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Adrian’s name to the Buckeye Trail Association P.O. Box 5 Shawnee, OH 43782.
