She and Carl were longtime members of First United Methodist Church of East Point, taking an active part in church activities.
Aggie worked hard raising four children through the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s; then entered the paid workforce, eventually working in the office of the president of Georgia Tech. Aggie and Carl retired in 1986 and moved to Sharpsburg, where they later became members of Cornerstone United Methodist Church of Newnan.
Aggie was an avid reader, crossword puzzler, accomplished Scrabble and bridge player; hobbies she enjoyed all her life. She and Carl also traveled extensively. She loved to cook, make friends and entertain at home. Holidays were always special at Aggie’s house.
