She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Howard and Margaret Black of Newnan, GA; nephew, Terry Alan Black of Palmetto, GA; niece, Darlene and Lee Bishop of Newnan, GA. Dorothy will be missed by her caregiver, Audrey Hawkinson.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at 2:00pm in the chapel at Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home in Peachtree City, GA. Interment will follow service at Holly Hill Memorial Park in Fairburn, GA. The family will receive friends from 11:00am-1:30pm and serve a light lunch buffet.
