Mrs. Joan “Carol” Simpson, age 66 of Riverdale, GA passed away on July 22, 2012. She was an avid reader and loved the outdoors from taking walks in the park to viewing lakes, rivers, and oceans. She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Randall “Randy” Simpson; sons, Aaron (Trisha) Simpson, Brent (Elizabeth) Simpson; daughter, Kristen (Scott) Simpson; granddaughter, Shelby Collins; mother, Martha Clark; and a brother, David Clark. She is preceded in death by her father, Raymond Clark. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the First United Methodist Church in College Park on Saturday, July 28 2012 at 10:00 am.
