Nancy Elizabeth Godwin Drotts, age 68, of McDonough, GA passed away on Tuesday, October 2, 2012. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Born in Cleveland, Ohio on October 31, 1943 to Frank Aubrey Godwin and Bettie McKibben Godwin. She is survived by her husband, Billy H. Drotts; daughters, Karen Lynn Spradlin, Carolyn Jones McHale, and Jill Ann Jones; grandchildren, Christopher Spradlin, Vanessa Spradlin, Ryan McHale, and Jackson McHale; and sister, Linda Godwin Lee. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2012 at 2:00pm at Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home in Peachtree City, GA with Dr. Jay Hodges officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to service. Interment will follow the service at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in College Park, GA.
