He is survived by his parents - Baudilio Bernardino Perez and Juana Velazco Velasques; his wife, Sandra Anita Perez; sons - Alexis Perez, and Jorge Perez Fernandez; daughters - Gloria Perez, Jamile Perez Castillo, Teresa Perez Cardoso, Yamilka Perez Cardenas, Marianela Perez Fernandez, and Jacqueline Perez-Sotherland; stepchildren - Gwendolyn Curtiss, Michelle Badio, Wanda Curtiss, Tracey Brown, and Sherrell Duclos; grandchildren - Nelson Perez Velasco, Lester Garcia, Yunet Perez, Yailin Garcia, Liset Perez Hernandez, Michael Perez, Jessica Perez Gonzalez, Jackson Melton, Janiyah Melton, Katrina Barnes, Lawanda Curtiss, Kiaire Duclos, Chris Nassau, Kareem Agostino, and Xavier Agostino; great-grandchildren - Aimal Perez, Dayanis Tapanes, Jasmine Perry, Jada Florence, Justin Sterling, and Jade Marie.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held November 2, 2024, from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM, at The Clubhouse at Southampton, 200 Carriage Oaks Dr, Tyrone, GA 30290. Minster Michelle Badio will officiate the service.
