Ms. Shirley Jean (Jennings) Harper, 61, of Fayetteville, GA passed away on Friday, May 20, 2016. She was born on January 27, 1955 in Atlanta, GA to Betty Jean Jennings and the late Jack Jennings. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Shirley had a lust for life, love, and laughter.
Shirley is survived by her husband of 42 years, James Harper; son, Jack Harper (Angela); daughter, Jennifer Guilyard (Ron); grandchildren, Tyliah-Ann Harper, Brandi Rudesal, Rick Rudesal, Jamie Rudesal: her mother, Betty Jean Jennings; brother, William "Bubba" Jennings (Ruth); sister, Sheila Barbee (Greg); niece, Ashleigh Jennings; and nephews, Morgan Rudesal, Justin Jennings, and Joseph Barbee.
Funeral services will be held at Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home in Peachtree City, Ga on Friday, May 27, 2016 at 11:00am with Rev. Lee Morgan officiating. Interment will follow at Westminster Memorial Gardens. A visitation will be held Thursday, May 26, 2016 from 6:00pm-8:00pm at the funeral home.
