Anita Bright

Ms. Anita Faye Bright, 54, of Pearl, MS was born on May 26, 1967 to William Powers and Nancy Britt. Anita is survived by both her parents Nancy Jeanette Britt and William Powers. As well as three brothers Dewayne Eugene Britt, Carl Jay Britt, and Jason Brian Britt. She is the mother of three children; Brandy Renee Bright (Raye) Thompson of Pearl MS, Cristina Leann Gatewood (Chris Gatewood) of Brandon MS, Austin Lee Raley (Paden Horton) of Pearl MS, and two grandchildren Isabella Brooke Raley and Layla Clair Raley of Pearl Mississippi. Anita was pre-deceased by the love of her life, Albert Lee Bright. She never stopped loving him

Anita passed away in her sleep on July 23, 2021. She had her struggles like everyone else. Some days got the best of her but she never gave up trying to make up for the time she lost with her children. She had her ups and her downs but she loved her family more than anything and was a very determined woman. Family was everything to her. She loved her children more than anything else in this world. She fought hard and she loved even harder. In the end Anita accomplished much more than she realized. She was loved more than she knew and she will be loved and missed every day by those who love her.

Visitation will be held from 1:00pm until 2:00pm, Wednesday, July 28, 2021, at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Celebration of Remembrance Services will follow at 2:00pm in the funeral home chapel.
