Beverly Ann Reeves

Beverly was born in Jackson, MS, on January 27, 1962, to Mr. Warren Cephus Reeves, Sr. and Mrs. Mary Frances Ray Reeves.

Ms. Reeves was a loving and amazing person with a big servant’s heart. She loved and enjoyed helping others when she could. She was blessed with a special gift that led her to become a caregiver for others for over 30 years. With her loving heart she enjoyed most taking care of and spending time with her family. Her daughter, Jennifer, stated that she was amazing, loving, and caring. She also had a love for animals also, especially cats.

Beverly is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Ronda Lawrance; grand-daughter, Emily Dalgarn; sisters, Connie Woodard, Diane Ray, and Nina Schwartz; and brothers, Owen Reeves and Warren Cephus Reeves, Jr.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Jennifer Pennington and son-in-law, John Pennington, Sr; grandson, John Pennington, Jr.; sisters, Pearl Patrick and Pauline White; and brother, Bobby Reeves. She is also leaving behind 10 cats: Melon, Khaleesi, Cotton, Marbles, Magic, Luna, Caramel, Twix, Nova, and Angel.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 1:30pm – 2:00pm. A Celebration of Life service will follow.
