Billy "Frank" Armstrong Jr.

Frank was born December 9, 1978, in Kosciusko, Mississippi, before his family relocated to Texas. A United States Air Force Veteran, he was a proud father and affectionately referred to himself as a "full time doggy dad".

Frank loved spending time with his family, watching films, and playing video games and Magic the Gathering.

He was passionate about fitness and wellness and could be found at the gym nearly every day. Frank had a great love and appreciation for Mother Nature, loved spending time outdoors, and he delighted in traveling and experiencing new adventures. He lived life to the fullest and followed Jesus’ example by living a life of true compassion and love for all people.

Frank is survived by his parents, Kathy Ross and Billy Frank Armstrong, Sr; wife and best friend, Sara Moxley Armstrong; precious children, Noah Armstrong, Oliver McKercher, and Miles McKercher; brother, Jason Armstrong; sister, Susan Stewart; and adoring pups, Charlie and Minnie.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, February 16, 2025 from 10:00am until 12:00pm at Van’s Comics in Ridgeland.
