Bobbie was born February 28, 1947, in Philadelphia, Mississippi, to Mr. Earnest Earlie Ferguson and Mrs. Icie Corean Adams Ferguson.
Bobbie was best known for baking sweets from cookies and cakes to candy and jams. She was also an avid gardener canning up homegrown vegetables for family and friends. When she was not in the kitchen you could find her sitting and telling stories to her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Billy Ray Ragan; sisters, Bernice Allen, Betty Ferguson, and Bonnie Ferguson; brothers, Doyle Ferguson, Tommy Lee Ferguson, Wyndell Ferguson, and Ray Ferguson.
She is survived by son, Michael Ragan, and granddaughter, Whitney Sky Ragan.
Family will hold private services.
