Clara was born in Portageville, Missouri, on January 31, 1944, to Mr. Alonzo Washington Page and Mrs. Mae Ardellar Fish Page.
Clara loved helping take care of others and you saw that in her servant’s heart. You could find her cooking, baking, but she was most famous for her cakes that she made for people. From the ordinary pound cake to wedding cakes everyone enjoyed her cakes. You could also find her around the embroidery machine embroidering things for her family and friends. When she was not doing these things, you could find her loving and caring for her family. She loved all of them but the ones that brought a smile to her face and love to her heart were the ones that called her “NANA”.
Mrs. Kegley is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Tina Marie Carson; grandson, Alexander Paul Carson; brothers: Lacy Page, Kenneth Wayne Page, Larry Page, James Earl Page, and Jerry Alonzo Page; and sisters: Mollie Ann Moody, Eva Mask, and Edith Bruno.
