Eugenia Reed

Memorial services will be held at 1:00pm, Saturday, March 16, 2013 in the chapel of Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services.

Ms. Reed was a graduate of Central High School where she was known as, “Happy”, for her sunny disposition. She was a talented and accomplished artist having crafted many paintings, drawings and hand-sewn keepsakes. Her home was always open to family and friends. She enjoyed sharing memories of her life and was known as, “Mom”, to everyone whose lives she touched. A strong woman, she will best be remembered for her positive attitude and ability to always see the silver lining in every dark cloud.

Survivors include sons, Jeff Strong and wife Tammy and James Strong, Jr. and wife Derenda; daughter, Jamie Strong Mouton and husband Richard; brother, Ralph Reed, Jr.; grandchildren, Shayna, Holly, Kaelyn, Alex, Garrett, Collin, Nicholas and Sara; and 3 great-grandchildren.
