Kenneth Edward Morgan

Visitation will be 5:00-7:00pm, Tuesday, July 19, 2016, at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Funeral services are 11:00am, Wednesday, July 20, 2016, at Skyway Hills Baptist Church with interment in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the church.

Kenny was a faithful member of Skyway Hill Baptist Church where he served as an usher for many years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, and retired from the U.S. Postal Service after 42 years as a postal clerk. Following his retirement, he volunteered for more than 14 years at River Oaks in Flowood and Rankin Medical Center in Brandon. An avid gardener, Kenny was known for sharing his home-grown veggies with many.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Linda Fischer.

Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Dorothy "Dot" Morgan; daughter, Carol Ledford and husband, Rev. Ron Ledford; son-in-law, Bill Fischer; brother, Dr. John Morgan and wife, Sharon; 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
