Nancy S. Crane

Nancy Sharon Crane, 63, passed from this life Friday, March 18, 2011 at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center. Memorial services will be held at 10:00am Saturday, March 26, 2011 at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the funeral home.

Nancy was born March 13, 1948 in Pontotoc, a daughter of the late Smith L. and Nola Cooper Crane. She retired from Mississippi Baptist Medical Center where she served as an admissions clerk. A member of Crossgates Baptist Church in Brandon, her hobbies included flower gardening, reading and spending time with her family and friends. She was a talented artist, working primarily in the mediums of chalk and oil paints, and her work was displayed for a gallery showing held at the Mississippi Museum of Art.

Survivors include nieces and nephews, Larry Cooper, Joan Biggs, Barbara Ann Roe, Jennifer Dorsey, Judy Cook, Jackie Turner, Gary Cooper, Kevin Cooper, Ronnie Burris, Johnny Burris, Jimmy Crane and Tommy Crane; several great-nieces and great-nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
