Visitation will be held from 12pm – 8pm Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at Harrisville United Methodist Church. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11am at the church with visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at the Harrisville Cemetery.
Mrs. Jennings was a member of Harrisville United Methodist Church. A loving mother, grandmother and friend to many. Her door was always open and her kitchen table set for family, friends, and the many others that knew her as “Granny”.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Leottis Jennings; son, Ottis Earl Jennings; sister, Lena Mae Berry; brothers, L.T. and Leo Martin; and grandchildren, Jennifer Craft and Bradley Way.
She is survived by her sons, Roy Jennings (Mary) and Lee Jennings(Debra); daughters, Rita Way (Danny), Nefisia Kittrell and Etta Ward (Mike); sisters, Willie Rea Scarborough and Jeanette Crawford (Guy); eleven grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
