The family will receive friends from 11:00am until 1:00pm on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. A Celebration of Life memorial service will follow visitation afterwards that same day.
Sharron was Born May 7, 1956, in Ferriday, Louisiana to Raymond Scott Wright and Betty Lois Caraway Wright, and she graduated from Huntington High School in Ferriday, LA. On March 7th, 1975 she married her beloved husband, Glenn Sumrall in Clayton, LA. Sharron attended Crossgates Baptist Church in Brandon, MS. She enjoyed a lengthy career as sales representative at American Supply Company. She had a zest for life and enjoyed travelling, camping, hunting, fishing, watching her grandchildren play sports, and anything to do with fellowshipping with family and friends. In addition, she loved to cook and garden and read.
Preceding her in death are her father Raymond Scotty Wright and mother Betty Lois Wright.
Sharron is survived by her husband, Glenn, of 49 years; daughter, Stacey Sumrall and fiancé Brian Jones; son, Josh Sumrall and wife Amanda Sumrall; brother, Mike Wright; grandchildren, Slayton Scoggin, Gage Sumrall, Hayes Sumrall and Garren Short; and a number of other beloved extended family members and friends.
