

Visitation will be from 5 – 8pm Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Funeral services will be at 1pm Thursday in the funeral home chapel with interment to follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens. Her grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.
Mrs. Sogga was a graduate of the Gilfoy School of Nursing of Mississippi Baptist Hospital. During her career she worked at MS Baptist Hospital and the Red Cross. She was a long time member of Brandon First United Methodist Church and lived her life with grace, integrity and dignity. Her caring and charming personality will be missed by all. A devoted wife, loving mother and amazing grandmother, she is now enjoying her priceless inheritance in heaven with her Lord.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Francis A. Sogga, Sr. of New York City; and three sisters.
She is survived by her two sons, Frank Sogga Jr. of Lafayette, LA., and Don Sogga of Collierville, TN; four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, her two sons request donations be made to the Brandon First United Methodist Church Building Fund, 205 Mary Ann Drive, Brandon, MS 39042
