Bill was born in Greenwood, Mississippi on June 24, 1947 to Mary Jo and James Sparkman. Bill married Vanna Watts in 1970. He worked as a truck driver.
Bill is survived by his wife, Vanna Sparkman; son, Travis Sparkman; brother, Steve Sparkman; and special nieces, Mary Margaret Fraser, Sally Rabionwitz, and Janie Sparkman. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, Chris Sparkman.
Funeral services will be held at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl, MS on Monday, July 9, 2018 at 11:00 am. Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 8, 2018 from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home, as well as 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Monday, prior to the service. Interment will be in Crestview Memorial Gardens in Brandon, MS.
