Shelley is survived by her parents, Luis and Rose and brother, Anthony. She graduated from Shadow Creek High School in 2019 were she also began working at Chick-fil-A at the age of 16. Later she achieved her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Chamberlain University. She secured her first nursing job as a Thoracic ICU nurse at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center in Houston, where she was loved by her colleagues and cherished by her patients.
Shelley was a bright light in the lives of those around her and be remembered for her kindness, caring nature and her bubbly personality.
