She was born September 24, 1996 in Pekin to Andrew Hoyle and Jamie Shallenberger.
Surviving are her mother, Jamie Merriman of Rockford; her father, Andrew Hoyle of Wisconsin; two sons, Kaidence and Payton Gullette, both of Hopedale; four siblings, Kristin Lemon of Peoria, Hunter Franklin of Pekin, Gavin and Breanna Hoyle, both of Kentucky; her maternal grandfather, Daniel Hoyle and maternal grandmother, Cathy Shallenberger.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Brenda Hoyle and maternal grandfather, Bruce Shallenberger.
Ashlyn loved spending time with her family, especially her two sons. She also enjoyed painting, dancing and listening to music.
Her memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. Pastor John Plunkett will officiate. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m.
