She is survived by two sons; Joseph Halsted of St. Charles, Missouri, Shane Halsted of Pekin; eight grandchildren; Devan, Samantha, Sydney, Christopher Halsted and Carter Hammock.
Beth was preceded in death by her parents and one son Michael Paul Halsted.
She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for many years. Last working at Spoon River Health.
Cremation rites have been entrusted to Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory of Pekin. There are no scheduled services at this time.
