

Born June 18, 1933 in Madison, Wisconsin to Leland and Lucille (Therkelsen) Wright, she married Russell Wright in 1951. He died in 1954. She then married Pat Driscoll. She later married Charles “Chuck” Leroy Snyder on July 6, 1974 at McCoy, Wisconsin. Following 38 years of marriage, he died on March 20, 2012 in Ft, Myers, Florida. She was also preceded in death by her parents and one daughter, Kathleen Sue Duda and one brother, Earl Wright.
Surviving are six children, Denise Garber of Keizer, Oregon, Connie (Greg) Smith of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, Michael (Christy) Driscoll of Clyde, Texas, Scott (Pam) Driscoll of Mesa, Arizona, Glenn (Carol) Driscoll of Buckholts, Texas and Colleen Smith of Dunedin, Florida; 17 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; one sister, Donna Sharp of Beloit, Wisconsin; three step-daughters by Charles, Mae Jo Laplanta, Rita (Phillip) Slusser and Kathleen (John) Collis; one step son by Pat, Ronald (Rosie) Driscoll; 12 step-grandchildren; 11 step-great-grandchildren and 1 step-great-great-grandchild.
She was also preceded in death by her step-daughter by Pat, Linda (Leon) Mindham.
Beverly worked in administration at the National Center for Agricultural Utilization Research in Peoria.
From a very young age she loved playing games with all of her family. Beverly and Donna would often receive phone calls to clarify the rules from family across the country.
She loved to travel and was grateful to have traveled the world with Chuck and had many happy adventures with him. She also loved cruises and was proud to have been to 49 of the 50 states.
She was a devoted grandmother and loved spending time with her grandchildren and in recent years with her great-grandchildren.
Beverly was a lifelong Christian with a deep resounding faith, at the end of her life she choose to forego life extending treatment because she was ready to be with Jesus.
She was a member of the Countryside Christian Church in Keizer, Oregon and former member of the Creve Coeur Christian Church.
Her graveside service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, May 21, 2022 at Hillcrest Memory Gardens in Morton. Pastor John Plunkett will officiate.
Arrangements are by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
