Brad A Bunger

He was born Aug. 13, 1964, in Peoria to John and Carole (Rudd) Bunger.

Surviving are his parents of Pekin; his sister, Beth (Brian) Rafool of Pekin; his nephew, Taylor Rafool; and his niece, Jensen Rafool.

Brad graduated from Illini Bluffs High School in 1982 and attended Western Illinois University.

Brad was kind-hearted and compassionate, especially with family, friends, children and animals.

He especially enjoyed spending time in the sun and vacationing in Florida.

He loved sports and was an avid Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears fan. Brad was a member of the Chicago Cubs Boosters of Central Illinois and belonged to the Bartonville Sons of the American Legion Post 979.

His memorial service will be at 2:30 p.m., Friday, June 27, 2014 at Kingston Mines United Methodist Church, in Kingston Mines. 

Burial of cremated remains in Kingston Mines Cemetery. The Rev. Kathy Barrett will officiate.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Tazewell Animal Protective Society in Pekin.
